About the dairy, very true: I used to be addicted to cheese and had to have it for every meal. Now it’s like my life and health did a 360 once I significantly reduced my consumption.
I’ve been vegan for a few years prior and I must say I didn’t see or feel much of a difference from completely eliminating dairy and eating it in small amounts. But who knows? Maybe in the future I might give it another go.
