Women largely lose themselves in the roles of wife and mother because that’s all they feel they have to live for: taking care of people. Feeding people. Cleaning up after people. Sharing their bodies with men and their wombs with fetuses.

A beautiful young lady got on TikTok to share her raw feelings about her lifestyle as a wife and pregnant mother. And while I usually roll my eyes and scoff at the many women who continue to fill their wombs with unprotected dick, babies, and more maternal responsibilities even after they admit that they were miserable after the first birth, I felt emotional listening to her confession for one reason that is usually overlooked by the whole, “You’re a woman and you were put on this earth to be a mother!” bit.

“I met my husband when I was 19 and we started dating when I was 20. I got married at 20 and I got pregnant at 22. I gave birth to my first child at 23. I’m currently 25, six months pregnant. I’m going to give birth to my second child at 25, and two months later I am turning 26.
