As A Black Woman I Don’t Understand White Guilt And Post Traumatic Slave Syndrome

Years ago my friend was dating a white man, and when I asked her to describe him to me she told me that he had white guilt. I had to ask her what that was, since it seems as though a new unnecessary liberal buzzword or two makes its way into our English language every single day to the point where I cannot keep up.
Seriously, who is in charge of the ism factory? They are over-zealous in their position! The demand for new prejudices to be mad about definitely is overpowering our need to spend another day waking up angry!
She explained that her beau felt guilty for what his people did to the black race by way of slavery. After squinting my eyes in disbelief over her words I shook my head. Because that seemed to be one of the most ridiculous things I’ve ever heard in my life.
I am not sure who is telling the white people of this day and age to feel guilty for an institution they personally did not play a part in, but I’m here to declare that having white guilt is completely unnecessary.
