I am aware that many ladies have had vivid daydreams of walking down the aisle for the first and last time in their lives and forming a legal union of love with another man who never plans to repeat this same procedure for the rest of his natural life. You two end up blissfully in love and living happily ever after, all while expertly dodging divorce and any distractions that may peel you away from your commitment to one another.
But what if the true love of your life already walked down the aisle and exchanged vows with another woman prior to you? And what if I told you that out of all the groups of men out there, I approve of women marrying a man who has already married before?
I get it, though. Some single ladies are not crazy about falling for a man who was “already taken” by someone else before, but remember this: we don’t own people. This idea that a man must serve as your one and only prized possession and solely belong to you is downright ridiculous.
People fall in love and fall out of love all the time. People change for the better (or the worse), and their spouses may not like or love this new person sleeping next to them…
