Sorry hopeless romantics, but this time around I am not supporting this quote that another silly hopeless romantic of a woman wrote on Facebook. Actually, if you are familiar with my experiences you would know that I don’t agree with this statement at all.
Women despise being “someone’s secret” or second option because they are ridiculously obsessed with being shown off by men. They need the brownie points, jealousy, attention, and approval from every damn body that comes with having a man. And when they don’t receive any praise being a wife or girlfriend, because literally anyone can get married if they really wanted to, these same women complain.
I have said before that women do not love men through partnership, although they put on a really good glamorous front that they actually care about the opposite sex.
They don’t.
What appears to be true love is women or men using partnership to validate themselves. As I’ve said before, romance, and all relationships in general, is selfish as hell and there is nothing anyone can do or say to change my mind! Think about it: if relationships really were about being of…
