Your body loves you enough to sabotage your weight loss goals! Your body looks the way it does for reasons that have absolutely nothing to do with counting calories or willpower.
Newsflash: your body cannot and will not give a shit about how you look, how much you want to grow out your hair, or how strong you want your nails to be if it is burnt out trying to keep your stubborn ass alive despite your sad attempts at starving yourself and rationing your nutrients as a result!
Plant-based diets and other strict, rigid diets that do not address the feminine, root cause of excess subcutaneous and visceral fat essentially starve the body’s cells of much needed nutrients which are provided through eating enough calories from a variety of plant and animal sources. You cannot trick the body into thinking it is nourished by eating dark green leaves for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You are only fooling yourself.
I am amazed at the lengths women will go in order to shrink their bodies.
