A few months ago I decided to begin the carnivore diet after being so intrigued with it. I usually write many diets off as downright ridiculous, but there was something about only consuming animals and animal products that piqued my interest. So I did more research into the reasons why anyone would think to do such a drastic thing and I was impressed.

I was originally planning to spend these last few months of 2022 preparing myself to delve into a full carnivore diet as my New Year’s resolution in January. But my body intelligently persuaded me to trust myself to know that I was ready to do this at an earlier date.

My plan was to do a modified diet by eating meat, some fruit, and very small trace amounts of vegetables. But it only took less than 48 hours for me to intuitively detect that my body didn’t want me eating any more fruit. Every time I enjoyed a peach, a few grapes, or some other form of fruit my…
