“No shortcuts exist when it comes to fitness! Everyone must start from square one. You cannot solely meditate your way to your dream body!

You cannot call on your ancestors and demand they magically reduce your body fat percentage. There is no crystal on this planet that will help you lift heavier weights and complete more squats with perfect form.”

Regular exercise has transformed my life, body, and health for the better. It’s made me more of a realist and has grounded me immensely. As a spiritually gifted woman I am aware of the unseen and how the supernatural elements and forces work on our behalf from time to time. But I can also appreciate the value of putting in those hours, day after day, to achieve a desired result! It’s all about balance, baby!

Frankly, I think some spiritual folks rely on spirits, crystals, prayer, the Law of Attraction, full moon rituals, unseen deities, and the works way too much. Here’s a bit of advice: focus on doing the damn work! The grind will never cheat you.

This is why I believe consistent exercise is the perfect discipline builder: no shortcuts exist when it comes to fitness! Everyone must start from square one. You cannot solely meditate your way to your dream body! You cannot call on your ancestors and demand…
