Do Straight Women Have Stockholm Syndrome?
Women psychologically struggle with the biological instinct and desire to love and procreate with the same gender that has dehumanized them since childhood.
All of us are under a fair amount of stress from simply being alive no matter how you identify. However, there is something to be said about the added psychological toll and the resulting physical effects of existing on a planet where this society, the same group of people the wombs of women created, do not even see their creators as people. And I believe that women largely ignore the mental and emotional results of this reality to cope with the stress that comes with achieving the goals of marriage, friendship, and family through a population that has commodified them.
But while women feel as if they must ignore the mental and emotional effects of dehumanization, men are here to remind us always that we must do our best to at least stave off the physical penalties of their actions towards us. This is because through our beauty we earn the “privilege” of marrying one of them and having their children. And of course we must pay the piper to access these remedies, with the piper being men. Meaning, they create the problem and the solution.
