It is important to detach from the inner turmoil and pain kink that exists in the lives of others to find peace within ourselves.

One of the most rewarding and challenging aspects of having respect and love for yourself is mastering the art of emotional detachment in your relationships.

What this means is that you no longer entangle yourself in the nonproductive habits, false beliefs, problems, traumas, cursed loops, and hamster wheels your loved ones have adapted as their personal truth. Even if you can see the light at the end of their tunnel while they are still in the dark, you lovingly allow these people to find their inner guide to show them the way.

Once you have a certain level of self-respect you are still able to have compassion for others of course, but only from an emotional, spiritual, and mental distance that allows you to remain unscathed as they navigate life’s lessons that were intentionally placed in their path to help them grow.

You see, it feels natural for us to feel a sense of responsibility to rescue the people we love from their pain. However, intercepting their karma, which is meant to function as a conduit towards their growth and evolution, goes against the laws of nature.
