You have to be insane to run a business. Actually, you have to be insane to do anything worth remembering. I am thoroughly convinced that there is no other way.

The only balance on the side of greatness are the two polar opposites of every emotion and experience you will feel and surrender to: stress and motivation. Tired and energized. Lost and grounded. As well as exhausted yet relentless.

It’s very difficult for me to separate my work from my soul, my time, and my entire life. I love what I do, truly. But it literally consumes me. The real question that fights my mind is this:

When will I burn?

Oh, that’s right: I’m on fire already. My brain is fried. And I’m still going like the energizer bunny. I can’t stop. I am not sure what is propelling me to keep going at this point: I have lost a lot of myself to grow my brand. This can be explained through a simple analogy: when we feed and nourish something and encourage it to grow, we take something away from ourselves.

What this means is that I cannot lie down and watch a show or spend quality time with my family…
