Enjoy your food, move your body regularly, and you will be ahead of most women who will put you to sleep with the same “I need to lose 30 pounds” talk they initiate every April of every damn year!
No lie, it annoys me to no end how so many women want to lose weight, and yet they insist on starving themselves, reaching their goal weight, then gaining all the weight back because they were so damn hungry while they lost weight through starvation! They do this year after year until god knows when.
Ladies, I say this with love:
Eat.
Enough.
Damn.
Food!
That’s how you sustain and maintain long-term. Take it from me: I lost 60 pounds eating lots of fruits, vegetables, and chicken breast, but guess what? I also enjoyed pizza, Indian curries with rice, burgers, fries, nachos, mozzarella sticks, the works. At this stage in my life my diet is more honed in but I am eating (more than) enough calories, protein, and fat to build muscle and gain weight while I strength train three days a week and dance twice a week. So ladies, we are no longer yo-yo dieting, you hear me?
Let’s rid ourselves of this winter weight nonsense once and for all. Don’t you take your clothes off each and every day to hop in the shower, or…
