Hi Shefali! I am so happy to hear that you have true friends in your corner, especially going through something so difficult. And yes I definitely agree with you! While I rag on men I find that some of them make for some very solid, loyal friends.

Though I am no longer Christian I can personally attest that some of the friends I've made at church are still friends of mine to this day. I'm talking about friendships from since I was 5 years old!
