As a creator it is important to take yourself and your business seriously. It is imperative that you act like the money anyone is paying you is worth their while. As human beings we are inundated with commercials, ads, and sales pitches everywhere we go. So why should anyone part with their hard-earned coins to give to you, especially when you don’t respect their money?

You don’t respect your clients when you show up whenever you feel like it. You don’t respect their investment in you when you produce shoddy work and cut corners that diminishes the quality of your brand. You have no respect when you get mad that the money with your name on it goes to someone else because you didn’t honor the energetic contract in place.
