How To Be Beautiful 101: You Don’t Just Say Affirmations. You Embody Them!
Women who believe they are ugly, unworthy, and unlovable have very different habits and thoughts than those ladies who believe they are succulent eye candy in highly elevated states of attraction.
I believed it was everyone’s job to make me feel good about myself. I needed to receive compliments from my coworkers on a regular basis. I needed to feel attractive by way of random men approaching me in bars and clubs. I even did unnecessary spiritual work and participated in ceremonies for my personal empowerment, not realizing that no spirit or ancestor can do shit for me in this department. I had to undergo the transformative process by myself.
Saying words of empowerment are one thing, but you must embody your affirmation in order for it to work. So it is not enough to say you are beautiful if your subconscious really does not believe it. Self-doubt, as well as other unproductive demons, is exorcised out of you through work.
Remember, the mind-body connection is real. When the body is physically working towards a goal through daily discipline the mind supports this goal, because you are convincing your subconscious of the changes you are attempting to make through tangible evidence. The word embody has the word body in it for a reason.
