It gets easier every time you choose to empower your inner boss by taking energy away from your inner vulture.
If there is one thing I have noticed about humanity in general, it is that many individuals who aspire to be bosses are not prepared to restructure their time and their lives to be these bosses. They are not prepared to take ownership over the fact that they have lived as vultures their entire lives.
Why? Because everyone around them is a vulture, including their own parents. Nobody around them knows how to boss up from this parasitic lifestyle, and so they remain in this state for eternity.
You may be asking yourself what being a vulture entails. Well, vulture Culture is very real in our society. It consists of millions upon millions of individuals who freely give away their time, their attention, money, and energy to feel as if they have a seat at the table with the few bosses who actually own themselves.
We see Vulture Culture play out primarily on social media, where droves of exhausted, energetically-starved people park their attention on Twitter and other social media platforms to feed on the gossip, news stories, relationship drama, and other false forms of nourishment given to them by bosses who utilize the energy of others to build their empires.
