“I Know My Worth” No The Fuck You Don’t!
When you strip away the layers of interpersonal relationships, accomplishments, looks, and money and get to the core of your soul, who are you exactly? Do you even like this person?
Many ladies claim they know their worth but they really don’t. They are only aware of their worth as it relates to people and things. If we were to strip away at these layers many people in our society would lose their minds because they don’t know who they are or what they are outside of the walls these influences provide to safeguard their emotions from getting to the core of who they really are.
First things first, many of us do not even know how to figure out what our value is. We allow someone else or something else to assign this value for us. By someone else I am referring to the quality and quantity of your relationships. By something else I am speaking about the outside factors that society determines makes up a person’s value, like one’s salary, educational level, looks, body shape, weight, hair length, height, credit score, and their material possessions.
