I No Longer Hate Yoga, Thanks To These Four Tips

When are we moving on to the next pose?
I am getting sleepy.
Is this almost over?
These were the thoughts that crossed my mind as I begrudgingly tried my best to make yoga a part of my lifestyle. As a dancer I knew I needed to become more flexible, so I flirted with the practice from time to time. But I couldn’t find consistency with it, no matter how hard I tried.
