I Published 3 Articles A Day In June, And I Didn’t Die. I Think

A few months ago a spiritual practitioner that I receive counsel from did a live on Facebook discussing the mind-body connection. She said that once the mind is sick the body naturally follows.

It is now the beginning of July, and her words are coming around full-circle in my life. I have a slight cold and a weak, sore body due to recovering from the mental madness resulting from publishing three articles a day for six days a week in June, my birthday month.

Let’s just say that I cannot believe I made it. I barely feel alive, but I sure as hell feel accomplished! I have always been a worker bee when I was a miserable employee in the corporate world, but this is the hardest I have pushed myself for myself, especially as it pertains to my passion.

I have been writing for a little over a year, and in June last year I was in a completely different space mentally and financially. A whole 365 days serves as a drastic contrast to the mindset I have cultivated from choosing to take my passion seriously, as opposed to me dipping one toe in the internet waters and telling myself to…
