Insidious Generational Curses: The Paradox Of Using Parenthood To Avoid Facing Your Wounds
Whatever you are scared of will be the same fears you are giving your child to overcome; all without any guidance from the same adult that was tasked to protect them.
Many moms and dads think they are off the hook when they choose to abuse the gift of creating human life in order to control and abuse their children who have no choice but to rely on their bullies for parents. The majority of adults do not like themselves or the lives they created thus far (which is really them unconsciously reliving the lives of their parents), and so the brilliant solution is to cover up and mask their unhappiness through starting a family.
This is why so many parents brag about the perceived benefits they are receiving by having kids instead of contemplating if they even have the emotional intelligence, finances, resources and love to give to this same child who is born with the grandiose task to fix the lives of their guardians and redeem their lives that are probably half over.
