Is It Actually Racism, Or A Ruse To Coddle Black Men?

As a woman who has been a man in positions of power in a few lifetimes before this one, I look at the topic of racism very objectively. While society demands that I focus my attention on the day-to-day micro-aggressions that black people face with other individuals belonging to other races, I choose to look at the intentional discrimination of a group of people as a power move that is afforded to the dominant men who run the world.
There is a hefty price to pay to belong to this exclusive group, and whether that price is moral or right is actually irrelevant. Why? If we examine key points in history all men were playing the same game with the prize being power and dominion. Some groups of men chose to accept their status and move on to still become sovereign entities, and others decided to milk their historical defeats…
