There is one popular phenomenon that has me all types of confused, and that is the fact that women still insist on living with men.
I am always left scratching my head and wondering why, because living with your partner does not have to be the next step in your relationship. You do not have to live with anyone you’re sleeping with. You don’t have to live with anyone you have children with. In fact, you don’t even have to live with your damn spouse.
Actually, let me take it a step further: you do not have to marry anyone you’re in love with either! This imaginary to-do list was handed to you by a society that understands this “pipeline of love” transforms couples into cash cows who feel as if they have to pay to play the game of love, or pay to prove their love to one another and to the world at the very least.
