Dating as a woman who has been damaged by others and restored in solitude multiple times eventually wears a woman thin to the point where she is reduced to nothing.
I read a comments thread where a young man responded to a woman who confessed that she believes all men are the same due to the experiences she had in the past. The man seemed very upset that she gave up on his gender and lumped all of them into one pile of trash and insulted the lot instead of picking out the bits and pieces individually.
“I hate when women say shit like this. Like, you haven’t met all the men in the world!” he said.
Here’s what I have to say in response to this young man, and any other man who believes women should continue trying on men for size when they have clearly outgrown their naiveté and are ready to move on to something else:

Sir, answer me this: why in the flying fuck would I, or anyone for that matter, want to meet all of the men in the damn world?! That sounds like a nightmare! If I met all of the men in the world there is a huge probability that I would end up seriously heartbroken, seriously injured, seriously abused, seriously assaulted, or seriously dead.
No woman in all of creation should ever think that she must meet all the men in…
