Ladies, Your Single Friends Are Not Your “Eyes & Ears!”

I just hopped out of the shower. And for the entirety of my bath time I kept belting out, “Don’t stop believin’,” the lyrics that accompany the hit song by Journey.

The whole ordeal was hilarious to me and I found myself cackling out loud many times. Even though I was alone in my bathroom I was referring my chant towards the hopeful women who still believe a loyal, faithful man is out there waiting to love them and prove to them that all men aren’t the same.

Let me get this straight: you ladies stay complaining about married men contacting you through dating apps. You still feel betrayed over your past relationship where your man cheated on you with multiple women. Your dad wasn’t faithful to your mother. Many men are now proclaiming that they are only interested in open relationships. And yet here you are, still thinking that the monogamous man of your dreams is out there.
