Men, Are You Looking For A Queen Or A Servant?
“Queens are sovereign. They do not follow the completely made-up rules of men.”
Over the years I have had many men call me beautiful titles like queen, goddess, princess, empress, and the like. While all of these names denote royalty, I do not enjoy the misogynistic connotation of such titles given to me by certain types of men. They think they are looking for a queen, but when they list all of the qualities this queen possess it sounds as if they are looking for a servant instead!
“Queens don’t wear short dresses.”
“Queens don’t curse.”
“Queens don’t…”
“Queens don’t…”
“Queens don’t…”
Seriously, just shut the fuck up!
Sorry fellas, but you are sadly mistaken if you think a queen functions like a servant who must submit to, serve, and obey a master like a woman who actually believes she is put on this earth to help a man actualize his manhood through functioning as his step stool.
The two archetypes are not one and the same. Do yourself a favor and open up a dictionary every once in a while! You might learn a thing or two about words and the power in using them correctly.
