Men Call Women High Maintenance Because We Called Each Other That First!

In the past, women whom I have called my friends and family members have labeled me as high maintenance. Difficult to please. Dramatic. Too much. A complainer. Instead of having my back, they rolled their eyes and encouraged me to back down, accept whatever I could get, and shut the fuck up like they do.

But anytime a problem occurred in their lives I was required to waste my time listening to them vent and always end the conversation with a, “You deserve better than this.”

What a direct contrast to the free labor women are willing to do for men and their happiness, don’t you think?

For every woman who tried to silence me, belittle me, and intimidate me into adapting the notion that women should be seen and not heard, there were probably ten others who were willing to put on capes to save their adult sons, husbands, boyfriends, as well as speak up and fight for every single man who has been slightly inconvenienced by a woman just once in his entire life.

Irony exists in the complaining many women do when it comes to the opposite sex labeling women as high maintenance for not blindly accepting the crumbs…
