Tonight I had to ask myself the following question:
Is marriage the ultimate baby-trap?
I published an article not too long ago about the lies new mothers tell themselves to cope with the fact that their husbands want little to nothing to do with their offspring. But when I came across a conversation on a forum between two people who are both delusional as all hell, I couldn’t help but bring some balance into the situation. Because maybe these “good-for-nothing” fathers are on to something!
Maybe men want nothing to do with those kids because they only created them for their partner’s happiness? Maybe, just maybe, women use marriage to pressure their husbands into giving them children they wouldn’t have agreed to had it not been for the exchange of vows?
