Business has taught me a lot about life. That there’s more to making money than simply working hard. That lost subscribers, followers, and readers are a painful yet necessary aspect of refinement and business growth. This is why “Jump in the Fire” by Metallica is one of my favorite songs. Fire refines. And of course fire brings the heat! Just like liquid glass requires scorching-hot temperatures to be molded into a beautiful vase, can you withstand the refinement process?

Becoming the spell requires you to answer the following questions when nothing seems to go your way:

What are you?

Who are you?

What do you want to be molded into?

Who do you want to become?
