“I am a man, but if I got pregnant would I put my life on hold for a baby I didn’t want? Yes, yes I would.

And I can say that with confidence because I will never, ever have to make that decision.”

One of my favorite shows is BoJack Horseman, not only for the asshole yet insightful horse we love to hate, but also for this uplifting, wholesome song I have been enjoying for years. I decided to give it a listen again this afternoon and I am still cracking up like I did the first time the lyrics made love to my childfree ears. Ha!

I never plan on getting pregnant, but if I did I would be just fine being called a “murderer.” I am not interested in any being invading my body and feeding off of my life force energy for nine months. That is not a beautiful miracle for me.

I guard my carefree lifestyle and peace of mind fiercely with no apology.
