People who are against capitalism love talking about exploitation…as if anyone is putting a gun to their heads and forcing them to work a job they hate that pays so little. Granted there is no system by which every single person can benefit, but I think capitalism is the best system, in my opinion.
Those people who wait on their god to send them money refuse to read the Bible passages that promote capitalism. Example: you reap what you sow.
I agree with you: it comes down to entitlement. People want to have kids and pets when they can only afford to take care of themselves. They want to be able to buy condos in the most expensive cities when they can afford to buy in the suburbs and still be relatively close to work. There is a workaround for almost everything.
Even in socialist countries with many public benefits the cost of living is very high and people are still complaining.
