Why I choose to go against the grain and actually have compassion for those few individuals roaming the globe who have more money than god is because I can only imagine how much strength one must have to not only consistently take their L’s in the public eye but be heavily scrutinized by faceless, nameless users on social media who would most likely fold, quit, and probably even un-alive themselves if they were faced with the same pressures, problems, and harsh judgements the glamorous warriors whose names are always being mentioned in the media face on a daily basis.

One cannot deeply understand humility from sitting in the pews of their church each week, but through the refinement that can only come from actualizing one’s personal power through a series of painful, unavoidable tests and embracing humiliation, financial hardship, emotional turmoil, and mental struggle. There is no deity in heaven or hell that can actually force you into authentic humility through any fear mongering from the pulpit. Humility is earned.
