PSA: Your Stomach Isn’t Meant To Be Flat & Tight 24/7!

For some reason I’ve been extremely bloated for a few days. No matter what I eat or how much water I drink I cannot eat a morsel without my tummy puffing up. In the past I used to view my bloated stomach as a moral failure because I have a ridiculous obsession with control. I felt like I had to look good at all times or else I was a bad person.

But yesterday was different. There was a new acceptance about my ballooned tummy that made me unbothered. Because I knew that once I got a good night’s rest I would wake up to a smaller version of myself anyway. I laughed at how silly it was for me to constantly get upset at a body that is supposed to expand during the day as we eat, drink, and consume air.

Like clockwork, this morning I woke up and looked in the mirror. My physique was significantly smaller than the body I went to bed with last night. The faint lines in my stomach were visible once again. My much-loved curve in my waist that shaped my hourglass figure was noticeable. I stood in the full-length mirror in my panties and let out a huge sigh.

“I do all this exercise and bodybuilding to look good only when I wake up!” I thought to myself with a smirk as I continued to stare. Because once I eat my first meal it’s game over.
