There was time when I asked myself if women actually wanted to wear crowns. Because so many ladies enjoy talking a good game about wanting to wear nothing but underwear and a crown all day, or that they are available to adjust the crown another woman is wearing. But it leads me to ask, are any of them actually wearing these crowns they claim they have?

Crowning yourself as the creator goddess means there is nobody to blame for the state of your life; not your ancestors, not your parents, not your job, your kids, your friends, the government, capitalism, the patriarchy, social media algorithms, or even men. The same enemies women claim are holding them back serve as fuel to nourish the life you are cultivating.

So, are you truly willing to take every single piece of shit life throws at you and transform it to your benefit? Be honest.

The queen and goddess shit I constantly see online sounds very empowering, but the reality of it is nothing nice or pretty. After all, there’s a reason why there exists several ready-made communities and movements that will comfort you as you select an oppressor to point your manicured fingers at. And…
