You cannot blame yourself for how your body that was treated so cheaply responded to selfish men.

If you suspect that you have given a man an unsatisfactory sexual experience this is nothing to feel ashamed of. Most women are not given enough love, nurturing, gentleness, attention, emotional support, and affection to even feel safe enough to be present during sex. So it is no wonder that so many ladies cannot be present enough during intercourse to even be attentive to a man’s needs and desires during this experience. They are just going through the motions of what they feel they are supposed to do during sex so a man can cum and they can resume feeling alive and present in their bodies again.

In other words, you did your best with the crumbs you received. You cannot create magick out of nothing. Therefore, you cannot effectively contribute to a fun, satisfying sexual experience when your partner is equally as checked out and expecting you to put in all the work because somewhere along the way he internalized that only his pleasure matters.
