I swear, selfishness will save your damn life. Selfishness is the real life hack! I am sick and tired of everyone trying to shy away from being labeled selfish as if it’s a bad thing. Because who is it really bad for; you or them, with them being random strangers you may never meet?
Embrace selfishness! Run and tell the world that you are unapologetically selfish as fuck! Say it loud and say it proud!
Selfishness really is the ultimate elimination diet. Because how many people will remain in your circle once you decided to take some time to acclimate yourself to a new set of values and belief systems that benefit you first? What if you not only told the people around you that you come first, but also showed that you mean business in your actions? Trust me, quite a few individuals will slowly begin dropping out of your life like flies!
In a typical elimination diet, for a short amount of time you remove the majority of foods and beverages that are known to cause inflammation from your diet like processed foods, sweets, dairy, refined carbs, alcohol, beans, and seed oils. Then you begin to slowly add these foods back in, paying close attention to how you respond when you consume them.
