Sorry Not Sorry, But The Aliens Aren’t Coming To Save You. Save Yourself Instead!
Why is it anyone’s responsibility to change your life when this is your life?
Yesterday was Halloween, and while this holiday season we are wrapping up to head into the spirit of gratitude is dedicated to horror movies, spider webs, candy, and pumpkin carving to celebrate the fun of being scared, I truly believe many people live in fear all year long. In other words, Halloween is a daily holiday in their calendar that doesn’t require October 31st to take effect, and what’s worse is that they aren’t even aware of it!
Last night I saw a reel on Instagram with the following caption: “Me asking the aliens to abduct me so I don’t have to go to work and them telepathically telling me no.”
It reminded me of how so many people are not only scared of the demons and vampires that feed on human souls in the movies, but they are frightened at the thought of owning their lives. I mean, who needs dark entities when you have a soul-sucking job?!
