The Irony Of Women Begging Men To Believe Women…When Women Don’t Even Believe Women

I am not someone who likes to keep up with celebrity news, because I am not paid to care about the lives of these people. However, just a few days ago I found myself cracking up on the phone with my friend, astounded at the many women outside in the cold holding picket signs in support of actor and producer Johnny Depp. It is no secret that he is on trial at the moment. And fans, mainly women, traveled near and far to stand in solidarity with the celebrity. We examined a photo where an elderly lady carried a huge pillow in her arms to hold as she protested, and one female business owner even brought two alpacas to the Fairfax County courthouse to “brighten his day.”

This is the type of devotion women have for dick (er, men).

We both agreed that nobody should not be upset at the fact that men do not take the feminine collective seriously. Women want to protest for justice on behalf of a male celebrity who allegedly abused his ex-wife, and who also couldn’t care less about them. And if these ladies aren’t protesting for dick they are outside protesting for reproductive rights and safety from men like him.
