The Lion Diet Is Bland AF! But…

I have already shared on this platform that I eat an animal-based diet where meat and dairy are the concrete staples of my daily meals. For many people, fueling my body mainly on two key macronutrients like protein and fat may appear to be restrictive, boring, repetitive, and unsustainable. But I have never enjoyed eating as much as I have on this diet. Not only does meat, seafood, and dairy reign supreme when it comes to taste, but my anxiety appreciates not having to ponder over meals for hours and spend hours of my day cooking elaborate meals to eat as well.

In other words, what is restrictive to one person is freedom for someone else.

How and ever, I made a quick executive decision to intentionally restrict my diet even further yesterday. So now I am doing the Lion Diet, which is an elimination diet that centers around ruminant animals. Basically, you only eat these animals and drink water. If you are feeling festive you can add salt to your meals. It doesn’t get any simpler than that!
