The Most Feminine Thing A Woman Can Be Is Angry
“So many ladies have a difficult time falling in love with every inch of their bodies, as well as loving on every single emotion that naturally comes with being human.”
I came across a tweet where a young lady had the following thoughts regarding her emotions:
“My ugliest trait is my anger. It makes me sad (because) I’m such a good person (with) a heart of gold but I just hate getting disrespected and played with. I become a completely different person. I react first and think later.”
I shared a brief audio response for my followers in my private Instagram, but I believe it is worth sharing to a much larger audience.
First and foremost, anger is not an ugly trait, just like the opposite of expressing one’s anger doesn’t make you beautiful. In my opinion, the real ugliness lies in keeping those feelings bottled inside that will eventually turn on you and implode. But either way, I definitely understand why this young lady, as well as many others who agree with her, would say such a thing.
