The Most Overrated Spirituality/Self-Help Concepts That People Swear By

Karma does not give a damn about your problems. The fact of the matter is this: Planet earth does not operate under one universal moral code. People will do as they please even if you are hurt in the process, and they may have no guilt about it either.

The only system of “checks and balances” outside of our justice system is the one you are bold enough to create. Basically, vengeance is truly yours to implement.

Manifesting

This manifesting craze is a real hoot. Because the self-help community makes the concept of manifesting out to be some otherworldly phenomenon that requires a whole bunch of shit including books, seminars, spell work, audios, and coaching, amongst other things. Basically, if you are new to the spirituality realm, be prepared for everyone to sell you something, anything on how to manifest.

It is a real treat to sit back and watch how excited these self-proclaimed “witches” get whenever the beautiful moon goes through her phases. I mean, you can’t tell them anything. Like clockwork, in each lunar phase it’s time to get the crystals out from the back of the panty drawer, light some soy candles, soak in an Instagram-worthy spiritual bath (and post pictures of course), and fucking manifest some shit!
