Beware of anyone using spirituality to justify their bitterness, victimhood and pettiness.

I was in DC staying by my mother when I got notice that Hurricane Milton was on his way to affect the southeastern United States. Due to the anticipated damages Milton was supposed to inflict, our airline was practically begging passengers to reschedule their flights and even offered financial incentives to do so. I asked mum if she wanted to reschedule and she declined since Columbus Day weekend was the only time she would have to spend a few days by me.

When we arrived we witnessed some of the damages Milton’s ass left but it wasn’t too bad. Actually, what had shocked me more was one reel I watched about the hurricane. A beautiful black woman got online with all the audacity in the world, claiming that Milton was the result of angry black ancestors who are dead and gone and yet still salty over events in history that they felt were unjust. She ended her spiel with this:

“Pay us our reparations.”
