The Spiritual Origins Of The Soft Guy Era (Drizzle Drizzle)
Men are entertaining the possibility of actualizing themselves beyond the sexual and social rewards of relationships; you know, the same shit women are bragging online about doing.
I actually do not hate that men are declaring that they too are interested in the soft life. In fact, I think it can be healthy for men to explore their self-worth outside of the traditional demands of their masculinity.
I am sure a lot of women, especially those so-called “happily single” types, would raise their eyebrows at my confession. But keep in mind that I am not looking for a man, therefore I do not want anything from the opposite sex in general. As far as I’m concerned, a “real” man is whoever the fuck he wants to be.
So instead of being triggered I don’t take it personal that many men are fed up with being expected to produce, produce, and produce some more in careers and jobs that chip away at their souls without any consideration that they are multifaceted human beings who need rest, down time, and hobbies that have nothing to do with making the lives of women and children easier.
I mean, I cannot advocate that women explore their femininity in ways that have nothing to do with the opposite sex and their expectations of their hearts, wombs, and lives while the men are left to…
