I truly believe that NYC is one of the greatest cities in the world. There’s something about this place that drives you to stay much longer than you intended to. Maybe it is the cobblestone streets of Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where you can walk around and browse the niche boutiques. The authentic, delicious international cuisine in Astoria, Queens. The High Line in Chelsea, where you can take a relaxing evening stroll and admire some amazing new architecture with expensive rents. New York has something for everyone. And it is truly a city of magic, wonder, experimentation, rawness, realism, and everything in between.
Here are a few things to consider if you’re thinking about moving to New York City:
1. This city can drive you crazy if you allow it. You will have little to no personal space. You will be surrounded by people 24/7. People make noise. And lots of it.
