First of all, I need you to do this one thing:

Breathe.

Stay here. Don’t allow your mind to float away. Turn your brain off and quit worrying for once. When has worrying ever caused you to arrive at that thing you needed in that moment?

Exactly.

Breathe again.

Now, I want you to trust. You do this by letting go.

For once, trust everything outside of yourself. I know, this is scary. But it works. So go on!

For the longest, we have leaned on ourselves heavily. Because for many dark moments in our lives, we were all we had. No one was there for you when you needed them. You’ve come this far alone.
