Zora Neale Hurston once said the following: “There are years that ask questions, and years that answer.” Years ago I knew I wanted to be cured of pica, the eating disorder that had me craving ice more than food. Once you set an intention it may take a long while to receive a breakthrough that will lead you to the physical actualization of that intention you created in your mind. But trust that the breakthrough you spoke into existence long ago will transpire at the right time.

I should add that the right time does not magically show up after wasting your time begging for it to arrive or feeling victimized by having to wait, but after you have outgrown the circumstances and challenges put in your way to prepare for this breakthrough. This only occurs by growing through the pain, not whining for it all to be over like a child.

Learning, healing, reflecting, and being patient will get you a lot further in life as a creator than simply obsessing about speeding to the end result. Actually, extracting wisdom and growth from any resistance that will arise is what actually leads to the manifestation. Rushing the process and trying to get it over with as quickly as possible is what delays everything.
