Why I Am Not A Fan Of Divestment For Black Women
Unless you dig deep and unearth the core of who you are divestment will bring you nothing but heartbreak, the same shit you could’ve stayed with black men and endured!
If you are a woman, more particularly a black woman, who is interested in partnership you may or may not have come across the divestment movement, or a community of black ladies, most of which are single, who are denouncing their loyalty to the black community and its tyranny over the loyalty, time, wombs, and lives of black women.
Now if the divestment movement stopped here I would be all for it. But it has radically transformed from women seeking support amongst likeminded ladies as they mustered up the courage to leaving the vampiristic, soul-sucking black culture behind to basing almost the entirety of their campaign on dick, more particularly the color of the dick.
What I mean is that the movement really gained traction once the notion that black women should aim to be partnered with white men became the main objective, not black women finding their own way outside of the rigid rules and expectations the black community had for them since birth. Now, this group is largely filled with single ladies who are looking to replace the Tyrone’s and DeQuan’s in their lives with a Brad.
