“Women Aren’t Interested In Family Building.” But…Why Should They Be?!
A lot of these men don’t need legacies. They haven’t done anything worth remembering, and they haven’t cultivated themselves to be anyone worth remembering, either.
Women need to understand that families are largely for the enjoyment of men while the majority of the behind-the-scenes labor and rearing of these families lies on them. This is why everyone and their mama harasses childless women about starting a family with the, “What if your husband wants kids?” bit. This is why everyone criticizes undernourished, overworked, tired, stressed out mothers for how they parent their children while they praise fathers for doing something as simple as taking their kids to the park.
This is also why men can get away with proudly stating that they’re babysitting their kids. Babysitting implies that these fathers are not parenting their own offspring, and this is a part-time endeavor that the mothers of their children should be grateful for.
Again ladies, babies are for men. Children do not take on your last name but the man’s. Your children are seen as the pride and joy of your man, because as a society we view children as continuations of a man’s genes, not the woman’s. Horny men require women to go with the flow and not question why they should sacrifice their wombs to participate…
